Here we go again

I’m sure you share the frustration felt by all of us here. The optimism of spring — when we thought we had finally beaten COVID-19 — quickly vanished as the highly transmissible Delta variant curtailed our much- anticipated Hot Vax Summer.

Now, as we enter the fall heating season, I want to assure you that we will continue to follow all safety protocols — masks, sanitizing, social distancing — to keep you safe while we’re doing service inside your home. Your safety is our number one priority!

As we move through fall, our service department remains very busy helping our customers get their heating systems “ship shape” for all of the cold weather that’s ahead of us.

Lastly, we want to say thank you to all of you who have worked with us patiently during these tough times. We appreciate your cooperation as we made sure everyone stayed safe and healthy.

We look forward to the upcoming holiday season when we hope we will find a sense of normalcy in our lives again. Just let us know what we can do to help throughout the heating season so we can make good on our pledge of Comfort Delivered, Value Guaranteed.
