We have used FSi Oil for 16 years now and absolutely love them. They are reliable and courteous 100% of the time. We have a budget plan which works well for us and oil deliveries on a set schedule. If I notice the tank is getting lower than it should before the next delivery, I call them and they always deliver in a timely manner so that I don’t run out of heating oil. If ever I need anything done, they will be the ones I call.
I have never had such a reliable, friendly and professional company to deal with. From customer service to experienced techs to deliveries. Always there with a friendly smile and a job well done. A 100% improvement from my last company…thank you all at FSi!
We’ve used FSi for many years now and the service is always timely, the service technicians personable, AND they leave the basement cleaner than it was before they came! In addition to providing our heating oil and annual maintenance, they installed a new water tank last fall which was an amazing improvement in our lives, all with the same quick and polite service. So rare to find these days!!

I have been a customer for 16 years they have serviced my furnace for all those years. They also installed a new furnace for me, and I have used the services of their plumber to install a new faucet, and replace some water shut offs. Their work and service is excellent. Their employees are very honest, and polite. Not possible to be more satisfied.
